Issue: The CTA tool shows deleted assets as active "locations used in." For example, if a CTA was placed on a landing page that has since been deleted, the CTA still shows that landing page as a location.

Makes it look like CTAs are still in use when they aren’t.
Prevents users from confidently cleaning up old CTAs.
Leads to wasted time manually double-checking whether a CTA is really live anywhere.
Suggested Fix:
When an asset (landing page, email, blog, etc.) is deleted, HubSpot should automatically break the association in the CTA tool.
Alternatively, mark deleted assets as “archived” or “inactive” in the "locations used in" list, so users can clearly see the status.
