I believe it is necessary to have a CTA feature available for sequences too. Now, the sales team only can insert links, documents, photos, and videos into these emails.
We are finding that click/open rates in sales engagement sequences are unreliable engagement metrics as they are often impacted/falsified by automated processes and spam filters. Having the ability to use CTAs in sales engagement sequences with more robust analytics would be impactful for our sales and marketing teams, would reduce redundancy in content, and would also streamline things across the organization as a whole.
Converting contacts is a big priority for us. Being able to add a pixeled CTA to sequences is very important. Pretty dissapointed this isn't already developed...
