CSM Admin Ticket Screen


It would be great to have a separate screen for a customer service/support manager to be able to review large groups of tickets and be able to manage them in one place rather than having to go ticket by ticket, 1 by 1. Most companies have someone who manages and is responsbile for the support team and efforts. Having someone designated in this role it would be helpful if some tools existed in Hubspot to manage service related items differently and in a single place.
