CSAT Template Options

Hi there,

It would be great if we had the option to use a 1-5 Likert Scale for CSAT surveys rather than a "Happy, Sad, Neutral" scale. It is much more accurrate.

I love this idea. We are in a very engineer heavy industry and the emoji scale isn't appropriate for our customers, and also wouldn't be accepted by our co-workers.

Yes, I like this idea also. Or it would be really helpful if I could customize the smiley faces to some other icons, or remove the smiley face etc.

I like the idea, we would like to have a 1-5 scale or a 5 heads scale at least, 3 is not enough. Thanks
