CRM Contact record social links - LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
Suggest the possibility to link social media accounts to Contact records in the CRM. Eg, if I were in the CRM, and agent could add my LinkedIn https://au.linkedin.com/in/ameliagedwards to the record.
Our business requires those 3 social platforms, but generally speaking, if I could only choose one it'd be LinkedIn.
The benefit would be to all team members seeking direct contact, and also enable addition to workflows and sequences (probably with not that much additional dev work given LI Sales Navigator already connects into sequences).
I find it super odd that HubSpot has a Twitter CRM field but no other socials?!!
I agree. It would be very usefull if we could add Contacts' social media accounts (like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc) and also automatically pull in the Contact's social media profile's public information, such as number of followers.
For example, I would love to be able to create a list of contacts that have Instagram followings of 1000 or more.
