CES Survey / Introduction text

I kindly ask you to make the Introduction text changeable!

"You recently asked us for help with an issue
'Ticket: ID Ticket: Subject'."

 

I dont want to sent out the Hubspot Ticket ID, because the customer knows the SAP-CRM Ticket ID as a reference.
