CES Feedback Survey To Cancel Pending Surveys When Status Is Changed Within Delay Period

Service > Feedback Surveys > CES Survey > Settings - here we can add a delay, however, currently the survey delay DOES NOT respect order status changes.


For example:


1) The ticket is closed, it goes into the queue to send the survey.


2) Before the delay period ends, the ticket is changed back to open


3) Since the ticket is no longer closed, the survey should be cancelled


The survey should only be sent if the ticket status is still closed at the time the survey is scheduled.
