Need to be able to CC/BCC Transactional Emails, either at the template level (always copy that template to the specified addresses), or on the Workflow action's settings.
Use case is for things like:
order confirmations that need to be copied to accounts team
important communications that need to be retained for potential legal dispute
It looks like this was reported back in 2017 and upvoted hundreds of times, but still has never been addressed by HubSpot. Being able to BCC on transactional emails is a MUST HAVE for my org. Disappointing it still hasn't been addressed in 7 years.
I have to agree @mk95 - just learned that the compliance email tool won't apply to transactional emails, which is MUCH more important for our Customer Success and Finance teams than getting copies of marketing emails. Unfortunately, our CS rep at HS even said that the BCC would apply to both marketing and transactional emails. I asked if I could turn it on only for transactional ones, to which he shared it's all or nothing so we'd get copies of all marketing emails as well. Our team was so happy we all agreed it was worth it to set up some rules internally to route the marketing emails elsewhere. I was the hero for a hot minute, but now I have to go back to them in embarrassment and say that I was misinformed. Hate that because to peers that can sometimes look like you didn't do a thorough job of vetting solutions.
