Bulk delete spam in Helpdesk

Currently, you can only delete emails/tickets from your Spam folder in Helpdesk by going through each one individually.

 

There needs to be a bulk manage/delete option for these emails/tickets. We have connected a support inbox to the helpdesk and our spam folder is sitting with 250 (and growing) tickets that I do not have time to go through and manually delete every one individually!

I'm sure there also used to be the option to block the sender when deleting spam emails. It would be great to have the orginal features back.

Please add this option to Help Desk. It was very useful when we used the Convo Inbox previously!

The flow for marking multiple conversations as spam in the Inbox view was bad, but in the new Helpdesk Workspace, it's even worse since there's now an extra checkbox you need to select when marking a message as spam.

 

I would prefer to have an action to Mark as Spam when selecting multiple (simlar to Merge or Edit actions. Even just an action to Mark as Spam from the ticket/conversation view in one-click without needing to click on the 3 dot-menu, select Mark as Spam, Check the box to acknowledge it will delete the conversation, then click Mark as Spam would be helpful.

+1 here as well. Seems like there must be way to mass delete the spam!

 

Mostly, I find that the Spam is Spam, but every now and then, a legit message gets caught up in it--so we do have to review it.

+1 desparately need this ability in Help Desk. We need to be able to check for legitimate emails that were spent to spam each day and bulk delete the rest.

+1 to all the above, there is a clear need to block unwanted email or not related to support emails.  It is a regression for HS as it was possible in the conversation part. Please Hubspot team consider that
