Bulk Update on Meeting Type and/or Meeting Outcome

Hi,

It would be really helpful if you could create a view on meetings so that a bulk update of the meeting type and/or meeting outcome could be done quickly.  

Currently this has to be done on an individual meeting basis.

Hello! My name is Hallie, and I'm a Program Manager on the CXM team. I wanted to provide a quick update regarding this request.

We currently have a "meetings index page" in public beta that gives you a list view of all of your meetings! You can add meeting type and meeting outcome as columns that show on the index page and start editing that way. Our product team is aware of the need to do true bulk editing, so keep an eye out for any future updates on that part. In the meantime, this way is at least a faster option than going into individual meetings to make changes.

It's hard to even correctly pull this information in a list at the moment to manually fix it. Seems very un-hubspotty since the data is in there, why can't we bulk edit?

Agree, the ability to bulk update meetings would be incredibly helpful. We're currently restructuring all of our meeting types, and reporting on historical data will be a nightmare if we can't update the meeting types.

Desparately needed.  Meeting Outcome and Meeting Type fields need to be updated, and those are typically done after the fact.  Without a list view and bulk edit feature, this is being done one by one from a report, which is extremely tedious and slow.

Really, really need this.  Ideally in two places:

1) Ability to bulk view and edit 'Meetings' just like how 'Tasks' views work (from the CRM/Tasks menu)

2) On the Sales\Schedule\Follow up opportunities when it shows meetings, it shows only "Meeting Outcome" and is easy to update.  BUT this screen is missing "Call and Meeting Type".  That field should be added wherever Meeting Outcome can be changed.

#1 is sorely needed and really impacts using Meetings to track progress against new and current deals, goals and where users spend this time.

YES! I was hoping to create a view like i can with deals where i can inline edit- it's impossible to get users to update meeting status when it's so many clicks. need a way for them to do this daily or end of week.

Yup... make it so prior meetings can be shown (all) and then provide the ability to change the meeting outcome in Bulk to Completed or ??

This needs to be done. It is so hard to view meetings. How are people supposed to update meetings easily and update? As a CRM, I would assume that most sales people are logging multiple meetings and calls every week.

@hhiggins any news regarding bulk edit for meetings? It would be great to have an option to edit meeting properties within workflows as well.
