Bulk Edit Categories for Knowledgebase Articles

We are currently in the process of publishing our knowledgebase and have found that using sub-categories is a great option, but as we are setting things up we want to refine our categories. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like there is an ability to complete this for multiple records at the same time. It would be helpful if you could select multiple articles and then bulk edit their categories.

 

It would also be helpful to allow multiple categories for a single article as mentioned in this idea.
