Bug - Trigger/Branch errors do not show under "Needs Review"
Bug report:
Certain errors are hidden from us because they are not shown under the "Needs Review" tab. One example is when you create an email and use that email as a trigger or in a branch. Hubspot allows you to delete that email without updating workflows that use that email because it doesn't spot that it's being used in a workflow. When this happens it also doesn't show under the "needs review" tab either, and it remains as a hidden error in the system.
