Bring back the old feedback link in the help pop up - this board sucks

The new feedback board takes too much time and effort to submit feedback it's a pain in the but getting an idea label that even works.  Being a developer using the platform only a few labels are even related to the design manager.

I personally submit feedback regularly because I want this tool to keep getting better as it does - I'm in it every day so every improvement directly impacts me. I'm less interested in submitting feedback now that it takes an additional 10 minutes to do so.
