Break down dashboards by "hourly"

When dealing with tickets, it would be great to have a selection for "Hourly" instead of just Daily, Weekly, etc. Knowing when ticket volume is highest (both coming in and going out) can help schedule teams, work on productivity. Knowing hours of chats is critical when making staffing adjustments, meeting decisions, etc. 

 

This would be a big win for Service Hub and likely have downstream benefits to sales as marketing as well.
