Bigger composer screen for creating new email in conversation inbox

Who: This feature is for everyone that is using the consation inbox as a replacement of Outlook (team-email).

Our goal is to fully replace Outlook by the conversation inbox. Currently it's hard to compose long and complex emails since the box-size of the composer is quite small. 

Currently it's already possible to make the composer bigger when responding to an existing email.
