Better reporting for Playbooks

We are starting to use Playbooks for sales and customer success purposes. It would be great to be able to create reports for the number of times they are used, and also by play book.

Currently Playbook activity is not identifiable as a reportable activity when building reports.

We're looking to rollout playbooks for our sales team but lack of direct reporting is proving to be a major hurdle.

Honestly we're just gonna have to stop using Playbooks if y'all can't provide some basic level of reporting here. Come on.

There is now an option to use a playbook to trigger a workflow, as per this KB article: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/playbooks/use-playbooks#view-reporting-analytics-for-playbooks

If you create a Workflow that can set a proeprty when the event: "Playbook Log" occurs, you'll have options to build the filters you need for your reports.

For example, you can create a simple dropdown property with the various Playbooks you've created, and then set the appropriate value when the event occurs, or you could create a number proeprty that increases each time that event occurs.

Hope this helps while we wait for more functionality.
