Better Tracking for Conversations - Ability to track ownership
I'm noticing that the data connection between marketing contact and chat participant is spotty. For example, I've learned that the chat "owner" is not the same as the "contact owner" -- which means if I want to know if a particular service rep has ever "owned" a particular contact as a chat visitor, there's no good report one can build.
I would like to see more chat details made available in the list-making tool for contacts.
