Better Multi-User flexibility with Snippets

Everybody in sales at our company has a slightly different approach or wording when it comes to how they communicate with clients.

Right now the Snippet shortcuts we use for a standard follow up sequence are #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, etc...

Howeverm, one salesman may want a different '#1' than the next salesman. Currently, a shortcut key is not available to be used more than once.

REQUEST:

Please allow Snippet shortcut keys to be used at least once for each individual User rather than once for the entire Hubspot system (all Users).

Probably the nicest way to make this happen would be to allow a User to see the list of all shortcuts made by them, their team , other teams, and globally. Then, give each user the ability to toggle on and off which Snippets they want to appear when they punch in the common Snippet shortcut key.

Shortcut: '#1'

Visibility: 'ON'

Snippet Created by: Person 2

Shortcut: '#1'

Visibility: 'OFF'

Snippet Created by: Person 3

Shortcut: '#1'

Visibility: 'OFF'

Snippet Created by: Team Admin

Shortcut: '#1'

Visibility: 'ON'

In this example, there are four Snippets created by 4 different people. They all have the same short cut key and if all are toggled 'ON',  all of them will all appear in a drop down list to click on when the User types '#1'.

But if a User only wants to see their Snippet and the Team Admin Snippet, they could toggle the other two off, and then only those two would appear in a drop down list to click on when they type '#1'.

This would be an amazing flexibility feature, and I think it's also just a very practical functionality feature for a multi-User / multi-Team environment.
