Being able to save and filter de date when a ticket change state in support pipeline
In my workflow my tickets (from the support pipeline) have three main states, Level I, Level II and Level III. I need the dates of when the ticket change from one state to the other for a report. I want to know how long it takes the tickets to go from one state to the other. Right now I am traking the information in Excel and it consumes too mucho of my time when it could be an automatic process in Huspot.
