On other CRMs, you can split line items into separate solutions or label them as such.
So say I had 4 line items associated with one service, and 4 with another, it would be great to be able to separate or label these on the quote.
Otherwise, you have to send two separate quotes, and it adds an additional barrier for the customer. It would be great to have them on the same agreement, so the customer only has to sign off one quote.
I am also looking to separate our hardware line items from our service line items on one quote and have run into the same issues with separation/labeling.
It would be super helpful to have this functionality.
