Being able to change activity properties (call outcome) within a workflow.
It would be incredibly useful if we would be able to change an activity property within a workflow. Here are a couple of use cases:
Our Sales team completes call using Aircall, which is integrated with HS. Aircall has the limitation that both a connected call and a voicemail are recorded as connected (both within Aircall and HS). We are able to set up a tag and can then create a workflow triggered by the tag. It would be amazing if there could be a workflow that if the tag says voicemail (selected by sales within Aircall) we could change the call outcome from 'Connected' to 'Voicemail".
Anther use case would be the automation of setting a meeting type. For example if a meeting is being scheduled outside of HubSpot (Google Calendar for example) and the name includes a key word such as 'Demo', it would set the meeting type to 'Demo'. This could then move on to another automation which moves the deal along in the deal pipeline to demo booked.
Hi Team, had a customer who would benefit from this feature too. Some integrations e.g. Aircalls automatically assign a call outcome but the filters are too broad. Thought it'd be great if we could tap on HubSpot's workflow features with its many filters, it'll allow us to set more accurate call outcomes.
I want this as well! I've tried everything now from what I've been able to find in the Community and in the workflows but it's not possible. The only property I can change based on the call note (made by AirCall) is "Last AirCall outcome".
Why is it not possible to set in a workflow when it is possible to use it as an enrollment trigger? Would be very helpfull as we use an integration that can only apply a call note and not the properties.
Upvote! We use Aircall and are able to set the Call result from the tag using the settings in the integration in the Aircall Dashboard. What i'm missing is using the call properties in a workflow for example to close the lead as disqualified based on the call tag / the call result or set the call type via workflow, when the call note contains specific tags or the last aircall tag contains specific tags.
