Be able to tick multiple checkboxes over different pages and HubSpot save the contacts selected.
Users wanted to select different contacts in list view. This is so that they can select contacts as they scroll down their lists to carry out an activity for that day e.g. adding to a 'view' of selected accounts from the view. However, when a user goes to another page of their contact list, then it deletes/gets rid of all checked boxes on the previous pages. We find that many users realise this too late, when they then revisit the previous pages. Users now expect this functionality because this feature is very common in other products/software that they use. While I understand there are ways around this (e.g. save to lists), the mantra is 'cut out the friction' then this is surely a better way for the user? e.g. run through their contact list and then create a 'new view'?
