Recording calls can be very useful for educational and coaching purposes. However, with theveral regulations and data protection, it would be great to be able to select the option to only record the voice of the sales reps on the call.
That is a great idea, especially considering the regulations in some countries such as Germany.
Great way around having to announce that you are recording calls to your customers. upvoted!
