In Hubspot NPS the texts are "Not likely" and "Extremely likely".
When other big businesses ask for NPS they don't write "Extremely likely" but instead "Very likely" which I believe affects the total NPS quite much.
There's a big difference in giving a 10 if it means "Extremely likely" compared to "Very likely".
So, it would be amazing if we, as a Hubspot customer, can decide ourselves which of these sentences we want to use.
