It would be great to be able to CC users on automated emails.
For example, when a deal is moved into a particular stage we often trigger automated emails to be sent to associated contacts. But, often we want to CC more than one user so they can follow up with the contacts if need be and be part of the same email thread.
A simple CC field for users would be great when setting up automated messages.
