I would suggest HubSpot provides the ability to limit the banner notifications to specific users that have access in their roles to the areas concerned.
Recently activated a Service Hub Professional trial which is shown to every single user in the company - whereas I'm busy trialing it with 5-6 people. This caused several emails and queries - all worried that their license was going to expire.
This goes the same for account payment notifications. You do not need everyone to have visibility of this. Nor can they do anything about it. It really should be limited to those that have access to the accounts section in their role and all super admins.
