There should be a banner or announcement spot where easily changed messages from us to users can be shown. (Here, I have its possible placement marked in yellow/red on top of the Bot name.)
- Who (what type of role or team) is the feature for? Our clients
- What is their goal? To receive info they couldn't get any other way
- What value will this add? Theclients are approaching us and get extra info rather than us spamming them with emails.
- Screenshots, pictures, drawings, process diagrams, are helpful. ☑️
It's been a few years since this has been addressed, so I'm bring the suggestion back.
