When creating a new meetiong invite from Hubspot, and participant (customer contact) forwards invite to others from their organisation to join, the additional attendees contact details are not captured anywhere in Hubspot or Zoom, so details are lossed. Hubspot should try to mirror how Outlook calendar meeting invites are managed. For example, if a meeting invite is created from Outlook, sent to attendees, and the invite is forwarded to other recipients to join, those additional attendees contact details (email addresses and names) are automatically captured in the Outlook calendar invite as a record who is attending. These details can then be added to Outlook contacts.
