This dashboard could give interesting datas. I'd rather to filter by Direction and Team than Duration.
Actually, I'd like to filter as I do in Dashboards (Owners - Team and Date range).
And last but not least, the extract is quite light : could you imagine a step more to check colums to select calls properties before extract ?
That would be great to discover these new reports 🙂
