For holidays and sick leave, it would be great to have just an easy "Away-function" on emails and tickets, so that if any tickets opened or closed will be "unassigned" when replied by customer if the person is "Away".
It does not work to simply remove the case handler from the inbox and it takes a lot of time each day to go through the entire inbox to see if there are any new replies to tickets on case handlers that are not available.
