Automatically updated 'Age' field

Hello, 

I would like to propose an update that would be really useful for a lot of marketers I believe. 

Have an automatically updated 'Age' field or have an option in lists to create a list based on automatically calculated age from the birthday date field.

Why? 

Currently the process is tedious, for us it's 2 daily workflows that are drowning other workflows information in the activities tab of our contacts.
Creating lists on date ranges means they need to be constantly updated year after year to reflect years passing by.

Other possible option: 
- Possibility of filtering certain worflows only from the 'Activities' contact tab.

Hi there, we use a calculated property for this purpose with the "Time since" calculated property type. See screen shot below. It's not perfect as it doesn't round down but it gives the answer to one decimal place so makes it usuable e.g. 36.6 The drawback we have found is that when used in a report and the report is exported, it is shown in miliseconds and therefore a conversion in the external report is required

@hubspot please make it easier to either use the age field and have it easily update, or give us another native option that doesn't require a bunch of internal calculations, lists, and workflows all just to have someone's age correct!
