Automatically sync notes and comments on HS ticket and Jira associated ticket

Making this an automatic option: Start syncing notes and comments to Jira.

 

This will help all our teams who work in HS and Jira to keep up to date with the latest notes and comments as we regularly work between the 2 systems.

 

We have workflows set up to auto-create Jira tickets, so the sync switch on step is not really a good/automatic option and not working for us. Additionally, our team has to remember to go into a ticket to switch on the sync which is manual considering the number of automated steps we have set up in HS to date. Capture.JPG

Hi @OOperations ! The closest how-to we have is this one: https://www.relay.app/how-to/create-a-ticket-in-hubspot-from-a-jira-issue. It covers the basics of connecting hubspot and jira and it should be easy to extend it to the notes use case, but feel free to email our support if you run into any issues

This is easy to set up on Avenue (avenue.app) - whenever a new note is added on a HubSpot ticket, Avenue will automatically sync it to the Jira ticket. People like using Avenue becasue you can create Jira or Hubspot notes/tickets without needing a seat on either tool. Check it out

4 years on year 2025 now has this been implemented yet? Really need this to happen by default!!!

We've started using the Jira integration with our support team and need the comments to sync by default
