Automatically open Playbooks based on ongoing task
We are currently trying to enforce the use of playbooks for our sales reps, to ensure the correct logging of data and to automate follow-up task creation. Since we have a couple of different call types and activity types, they loose time while finding the correct playbook for each call or activity and opening it.
Ideally, the correct playbook would open by itself once a task is started. Of course this would have to go along with custom activity types, so that we can match each playbook to a specific task type.
