When I create a ticket and assign this ticket to another person, I will not get an update when the ticket status is updated from let's say New to Closed unless I follow the ticket. I will have to open the ticket and follow it after I have created it. Is it possible to automatically follow a ticket that I create? Makes kind of sense if you think about it.
