To make sure all deal collaborators are in alignment and communications with potential customers, it would be helpful if the other collaborators on a Deal were automatically cc'd when composing a new email.
@ts_single we would also like to see this feature for records where collaborators have been selected for a deal. We use collaborator function for many of our top target/strategic accounts.
In fact, a specific event occured last week where a default cc: would have been ideal because the accont manager was out of office after a death in the family. We missed a key communication as a result which prompted me to revisit this idea.
