Automatic time sensitve CTAs (that change offer based on date)

(for context) We have a large marketing team who work across the globe and even though I train people to create 1 CTA and then use that throughout website/email content, more often than not multiple people fail to find (look for) the cta in question and create a new one 

 

This means for webinars (for example) when the webinar has taken place I have to go through and update multiple CTAs to the new 'watch the recording' message. It would be great if we could utilise the new specific date/time functionality in the workflows tool for CTAs. so the CTA would automatically switch its offer after a certain date/time. I could also see this being really useful for teams who use and advertise discount codes etc.
