A new option has been added to add business whatsapp to Hubspot. A nice option. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send an automatic reply when someone sends us a message. Most companies reply something like, "thanks for your message. We will reply to you as soon as possible'.
Maybe someone has already come up with a workaround but we haven't managed it yet.
When you connect the Whatsapp channel, you loose the option to access to the app, and with that you also loose essential features like "auto reply" messages (ex: "out of office").
Hubspot could build this feature so when someone write a whatsapp message outside business hours, it send an automatic message to the user.
The current version is very limited and I'm looking at better options until Hubspots gives it more attention.
Do you want to know what we all really want? Integrate it with a large language model like GPT4 and allow us to train it with our products, blogs and knowledgebase. That would be an amazing tool.
Then you can replace the very limited functionality of Chatflow and messenger as well.
