I wanted to share an idea for a new HubSpot feature that could make managing the Knowledge Base much more efficient, especially for teams working with multiple languages.
Currently, translating and cloning articles is a time-consuming and manual process. What if we could leverage the new AI Translator Tool with DeepL? With just one click, you could clone an article and have it automatically translated into different languages. All that’s left to do is review and adjust the translation as needed.
This would not only save a lot of time but also improve the consistency and quality of translations. If you think this would be a valuable addition, please vote for this idea!
Would totally meet our requirements. Deriving from other tool, one-click translation is only the easy way. Side-by-side editing was more sophisticated and even more helpful in the long run. When you look at editing articles over time, an article sliced into sections where, when editing the major article (often the english one), it would automatically switch the other language versions into draft for update in the changed sections.
The ability to automatically translate Knowledge Base articles from English to Spanish (in particular) would be incredibly beneficial and critical for our user audience. Strong upvote!
