Automatic Logging of Microsoft Teams Calls in HubSpot
HubSpot currently offers integration with Zoom for automatically logging call recordings and transcripts. However, many businesses have shifted to using Microsoft Teams as their primary communication platform. We propose extending this functionality to Microsoft Teams calls to better serve the evolving needs of HubSpot users.
Proposed Feature: Implement automatic logging of Microsoft Teams calls in HubSpot, mirroring the existing Zoom integration. This would include:
1. Automatic syncing of Teams call recordings to HubSpot 2. Transcription of Teams calls using Conversation Intelligence (for Sales Hub or Service Hub Professional/Enterprise users) 3. Association of call recordings and transcripts with relevant contact, company, deal, or ticket records in HubSpot 4. Ability to review, analyze, and add notes to Teams call recordings within HubSpot's interface
