Automatic Contact Creation from WhatsApp Conversations

Enable HubSpot to automatically create new contacts when a conversation is initiated on WhatsApp. This feature should also allow for the sending of predefined templates to the created contacts.

Benefits:

  1. Saves time on manual entry.
  2. Streamlines communication by enabling immediate template-based responses.
  3. Enhances CRM accuracy and efficiency.

This is an absolute must. If the WhatsApp conversation is created before the contact [and that will happen if the contact is not in the CRM], then the conversation history cannot be logged against the contact due to the fact that the contact did not exist when the conversation was created.

This is wild, imagine trying to sell a CRM that did that with emails?
