I think automatic recording would be useful when calling a contact from Hubspot, some times the manual option is missed when dialling somebody back for example. Always useful to be able to listen back and would be even better if it logged the call with the recording automatically. Thoughts?
This is a critical feature for us and offered by default in all CRMs I've had in the past - we are loosing a lot of recordings for this which greatly impacts the extent to which we can properly train our salespeople
Yes, having a feature to record the outbound calls by default would be a good addition to the calling feature too. Sometimes, we might forget to click the record button and we'll only realize it when the call is done already.
There are many businesses that base their sales on calls, and therefore it is necessary to be able to place this recording automatically, as well as those that are not, this idea is currently necessary and preferably from the free or professional hub.
This is an absolute must for any CRM that wants to support its users. Listening to recorded calls is the number 1 way to improve your calls, and it absolutely should happen by default.
Why has hubspot not considered Auto Recording all this time... other major companies like OpenPhone, GoTo, and alike have already implemented.. is it a technical issue or a legal issue.. Hubspot Team members please respond. This ticket has been pending for over 2 years with no response from Hubspot Team members.
Commenting here for a customer as well~ This seems to be a feature that many users wish to see so it'll be good if we can look into enabling an auto-recording function 🙂
It looks like this idea was submitted 4 years ago, has 80+ upvotes, and Hubspot still hasen't started developing anything for it. That's concerning to me
I totally agree, my SDR's could really use this function. One less thing for them to have to do when getting on a call. We rely on these recordings for training and accountability. Please make this available!
This is really something that needs to be accessible - Automatic call recording is becoming a must for companies in the UK. I'm unsure why it's not automatically recording all calls because in the HubSpot pages it states the U.K. as an "all-parties' consent" jurisdiction?
