Currently Hubspot cannot automatically log a meeting if the meeting invite is sent from the client. That's even though the client's data is already in the Hubspot account and Hubspot is synced to both email and calendar.
I understand Hubspot should not sync ALL calendar events, but I believe it must be possible to distinguish between calendar invites coming from someone already in Hubspot and sync those - or provide a pop-up asking the contact owner if the event should be synced.
