Automated emails associated with tickets to be visible as an email thread on the ticket

If an automated email is sent in relation to a ticket e.g. an automated follow up because of no repsonse from the contact. 

This email is not shown on feed, therefore the team to do see that it has been sent. 

I know the filter for workflow can be turned on, however, this adds a lot of additional details on the feed which makes it messy and difficult to read for non-admins.

Also, if it was possible to send the automated emails from the existing email thread so from an end user experience it contains all the exisiting email chain and relevant details.
