Automated alerts for broken LinkedIn-HubSpot integration
We just learned that one of our HubSpot accounts had a broken LinkedIn integration for a couple of weeks, even though it was working fine when we first set it up.
We are running LI ads and a bunch of new leads NEVER got into HubSpot, rendering them cold. No emails or alerts were ever sent to us about the error. When reaching out to HubSpot support, they confirmed that it was probably due to an error from the LinkedIn side.
How is this possible?
This error has caused us a lot of stress, lost leads, and angry sales people. We 100% relied on this integration to pipe in lead gen leads from LI.
HubSpot support confirmed there is NO WAY to set up alerts such as these. Why?
HubSpot, can you please implement a simple email alert to notify us when the LinkedIn integration breaks?
