There should be a way to automatically update availability for live chat agents using integrations such as calendars, slack or Zapier. It's rather cumbersome to manage my availability separately here as well as in other apps, since I'm often in and out of meetings and other commitments
Yes, this is a problem for us. We have a small team who are often unavailable due to meetings / other commitments. Ideally we could set availability to be be linked to our (already synced) calendars. Team is generally forgetting to switch back on.
I honestly can't believe this hasn't been requested more. Syncing chat flow availability to Outlook or Teams would be a HUGE help for small businesses.
