Auto update line items based on signed quote and/or associated invoice
Our sales reps create multiple quotes for a single deal as part of their negotiation process with customers. When one of these quotes is signed and approved by the customer, we need the line items on that same deal to reflect the line items that were on that signed quote.
Current Behavior: The line items right now reflect the most recently created quote, instead of offering any other configuration options (like pulling it from the approved quote or other rules).
Similarly, it would be great if the line items can be updated based on the line items of the associated invoice of that deal record.
Challenges: There's no automation available to copy/paste line items from one deal to another, or copy/paste line items from a quote to the deal, or copy/paste line items from the invoice to a deal.
