Auto-submit email on round robin meeting links with "If contact is owned by a team member" setting
We use a round robin meeting link on our website so that any inbound lead can book a meeting directly with one of our sales reps. I want to turn on the setting "If contact is owned by a team member, show only that team member's availability" but if I do, the meeting link asks for the person's email address before displaying availability.
At this point, the person has already submitted a Hubspot form and already knows the person's email address - so the email part should auto-submit. I currently cannot use this setting on my meeting link for inbound leads because asking for the person's email address twice is not a good user experience and creates more friction in the inbound booking process.
I want the email part to auto-submit and then only show the correct rep's availability.
