We’ve had several needs for this. Whether because people fell out of the workflow unintentionally and we wanted to put them back through easily to pick up where they left off, trying to re-engage with people who didn’t open some of our emails the first time through the flow and wanting to put them back in but skip only the emails in the flow that they already opened, etc.
We have enough if/then branches for those who have already taken an action because we don’t ask them to do it again (ie download an eBook or take a free trial). Instead we skip that step of the flow for them. It would WAY overly complicate our flow if we had to use if/thens in front of every single email in our flow...
