Why- Ensure only those working are shown as available in a Chat flow. (Not everyone is logging out) Especially important as we have people working across different times zones and the Chats are being assigned to a colleague who isn't working for another 12 hours.
Also for the security aspect. presently it is possible to shut down a PC on Friday and upon powering up a PC on Monday morning Hubspot will not require a user log in.
