Auto connect chat record with contact-connected company


When chatting, the chat is connected to the contact. Looking up the contact, you will find all chats held with the client.

But, looking up the company, you'd have to click each connected contact in order to see through all the communication.

Hence, there is missing an option to decide that all communication shall pop up in the company too when the according contact is connected with the company.

At the moment, this is only possible manually.

Actually, there should be a way to connect all activities of a contact with the connected company by account setting. The status quo is annoying over and over again.
